Swedish-born, New York-based menswear designer Patrik Ervell started out in fashion as an editor at V magazine before launching into design. Ervell founded his eponymous line in 2005, which later made its runway debut in 2007. That same year, Ervell's clever suiting and modern take on classic staples won him the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation award. Ervell is known for innovative use of materials, careful tailoring, and a minimalist approach to menswear.
