Described as one of fashion’s best colorists since Yves Saint Laurent, Colombian designer Haider Ackermann is known for his avant-garde draping and dynamic tailoring. He draws inspiration from the juxtaposition of classic elegance and contemporary street style in his unique approach to proportion and gender-ambiguous silhouettes. The Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts alum launched his eponymous collection in September 2002 and has been a growing force ever since.
