This fine-tip highlighting pencil allows you to create both a precise or diffused highlight anywhere on the face. Line lids to bring brightness to the eyes, use on brow bone, cupids bow, or high-points of cheeks for glow effect, or use on top of any lip color for added luster. The champagne pearl pigment is designed to create radiance across skin tones.

How to Use
