Shipping
US Orders
We offer free 2 day shipping on all US orders. Overnight shipping is available for $20. As you proceed through checkout and confirm your shipping details, any applicable taxes will be calculated on the total merchandise value. The tax amount will be shown on the review page before you submit your order as well as on the summary page that you see once the order is complete.
Same-Day Shipping
We now offer same-day delivery for select zip codes in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas in Southern California. Place your order by 12:00 p.m. PST, and you will receive your order the same day for a flat rate of $50 per order. More Info
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, and we promise to make the process as easy as possible. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
Domestic Returns
All domestic orders ship with PREPAID return mailing labels. To ship an item back to FORWARD, simply pack your item and invoice into the return envelope/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label. To mail your package, you can:
- Drop your package at a UPS location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location.
- Leave the package off at a location that has a daily UPS pick-up.

Keeping Your Return in Original condition
Please try your best to maintain items in pristine condition so that we may accept your return and it may be resold to other customers. All items must be returned unworn and with their original tags attached.
Here are some additional tips:
Shoes
Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface so always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with shoes.
Swimwear & Lingerie
Try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops & Dresses
Please be careful of makeup rubbing off on the garment.
Damage / Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.
Final Sale
A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
