How to Use
- Before cleansing, apply to a damp cotton pad and press into skin around the eyes, pausing to allow the makeup's oils to begin dissolving. Repeat with sweeping strokes. Follow with preferred cleansing product.
- Frequency: Every evening, or when required to remove eye makeup.
