Pre-owned items are inspected for quality and authenticity before they are listed for sale. For some items, we use 3rd party experts to authenticate pre-owned items before they are listed for sale. For other items, we rely on our in-house quality assurance review processes (similar to the process we use for customer returns) to ensure pre-owned items are of high quality before they are listed.
