How to Use
- Pour 10-15 mL of the oil into your mouth. Vigorously swish for at least 2 minutes (up to 20), pushing the oil between teeth.
- Spit the oil into the trash, never the sink or drain. Use after tongue scraping and before flossing/brushing; follow with KOPPEN Neem & Spearmint Floss.
