How to Use
- Use the lightest color to highlight the inner and outer corners of the eye to brighten and lift.
- Use Westman Atelier Eye Shadow Brush I, a flat tapered brush (sold separately), to glide color onto the lids and Westman Atelier Eye Shadow Brush II (sold separately), a dome-shaped brush, for blending.
- Tip: Swirl brush or fingers over heart logo to break top layer and activate formula.
